What is DOME Mine Production Management?

DOME is a Mine Production Management system that utilises the latest database and web technologies to effectively integrate and report data from multiple sources in real-time.

Planning

DOME complements and extends the value of data from existing mine control software packages, by providing capabilities to plan, budget and report against production statistics. 

Planning and budget figures can be automatically imported from planning and ERP systems, or entered via a web interface to DOME, and then compared against production figures extracted directly from the existing mine control system.

Weekly Planning

  • Improve availability of resources by combining personnel, maintenance and mining plans
  • Improve communication between personnel with the multi-user workspace which can be updated before, during and after weekly planning meetings
  • Prioritise activities across the board
  • Improve productivity of personnel and equipment with increased utilisation

Production Management

By providing a powerful web-based interface, DOME makes production management functions more accessible to a mobile workforce than ever before.

While DOME Production Management functions are an integrated part of Micromine’s mine control solution, PITRAM, the application can be configured to integrate with and extend the capabilities of competing Mine Control Systems.

Grade Control

  • Track and reconcile the flow of graded material through the mine
  • Track material movements, adjust stocks and grades, validate material flows and reconcile claimed versus actual movements

Time sheets

  • Electronic entry of operators’ paper-based time sheets
  • Track fleets of ancillary and light vehicles
